Bikers'Festival The 2 Jours de Stavelot Revival: sold out!
The enduro in classic version is definitely on a roll! The proof is that the second edition of these 2 Jours de Stavelot Revival, part of the Bikers’Festival programme organised by DG Sport on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th August, is sold out! No less than 200 riders have registered, which says a great deal about the enthusiasm for the ‘revival’ and which was once a major round of the Belgian enduro championship …
“We are all the happier for this new popular success now that the formula has evolved this year, Florian Jupsin, in the name of DG Sport explained. Over the first day we will focus on the forest course, with on the programme a recce, followed by a timed stage. On the following day, Sunday, it will be the turn of skill tests, with a special stage, acceleration, braking, trial and slalom, all to be completed twice. Definitely a formula to everyone’s liking, and we are looking forward to seeing machines of yesteryear in action …”
With nerve centres such as in the heart of Stavelot and the paddocks of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps, the 2 Jours de Stavelot Revival will again have the opportunity of taking place in an exceptional setting in more ways than one. And to boot, the inclusion of this enduro event in the Bikers’Festival programme will certainly arouse the curiosity of motorbike enthusiasts in the broadest sense. Enough to delight the 200 competitors, who will absolutely have no chance of going unnoticed … Action!
