Bikers'Festival Acceleration races at the entrance to the Circuit!
When one thinks everything is done and dusted…there is more! Not satisfied with offering a simply exceptional programme for the first edition of the Bikers’Festival, on Saturday 12th and Sunday 13th August, DG Sport is adding a touch of sweet folly by announcing the setting up of drag races in the immediate vicinity of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps!
As we have seen in previous years, the event will take place on the Route de la Ferme Foguenne, at the Ster entrance, over a distance of 200 meters. No less than 40 motorbikes, divided into 3 categories based on their level of preparation and year of manufacture, will be accepted. Definitely something to delight all enthusiasts with a taste for thrills, of howling engines, burnt rubber and speed!
The different rounds will take place on Saturday between 14.00hrs and 16.00hrs, as also on Sunday between 11.00hrs and 13.00hrs. And these will inevitably be well worth watching, both for the ‘exotic’ side of this type of competition as also for the performances produced by these ‘crazy ‘bikers’ always ready to heat up the rubber on the asphalt!
In a nutshell, it’s going to throb just outside the gates of the Circuit de Spa-Francorchamps during the 1stBikers’Festival!
